According to this giant, it might be the first confectionery bar packed in paper wrapping. The paper uses high-speed flow wrap technology to preserve the product in good state.

Mondelēz joints requires paper packaging for their Cadbury chocolate tablet
In the early of this year, Mondelēz International has corporated with Syntegon to launch a trial of paper flow package for their Cadbury’s Energy chocolate tablet. The company expected that the paper packaging would be recyclable and enough protective for their worldwide famous chocolate.
According to Ms. Maggie McKerr, Senior Sustainability Manager of Mondelēz Global External Communication team, this is a part of company’s commitment to 100% recyclable packaging by 2025.
